Return Policy


I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 2 days of delivery.

After I have approved the refund, ship the items back to me within 7 days of refund approval.

I don’t accept cancellations, please get in touch with me here at if you have any problems with your order. I will do my best to resolve them with you.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 business days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It can take up to 10 business days for bank processing.

If your item is a gift, and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver, and they should initiate the return.


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The price of shipping will be explicitly shared with you. In case of hand-to-hand delivery no shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
